  • 2 kgs mango ripes


  • 500 gms grated jaggery powder


  • 2 tsp melon seeds


  • 5 nos choo pista


  • 5 nos chop kaju


  • 1 tsp black salt

Directions

  • Mango ko wash kar towel se dry kar le pani nahi hona chahiye.
  • Peel kar pcs kar le grind kar puree bana le.
  • Pan main puree,salt,jaggery,1tsp melonseeds,half pista and half kaju dal kar cook kar le thick ho jaye to gas off kar de.
  • Oil se plate grase kar melonseeds spread kar cooker mango pulp dal kar upper se chop kaju,pista and melonseeds dal kar wooden spatula se prrss kar de.
  • Dhoopmain daily dry kare 1 week main dry ho jayega.
  • Ulat palat karte rahi to hi dry hoga.
